Duties:  

• Create team charter to define Management Services Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide program support and creates SOPs 
• Evaluate current training programs and support needs for executive officers, including based on feedback from executive officers, and make recommendations to resolve deficiencies in content that require application of complete training or developing new SOPs and guidance
• Develop and manage a web-based Portal such as SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, etc. to provide support, guidance, resources and references for the Executive Officers and HR liaisons
• Run the development of the Portal from design through testing and implementation to user training and program evaluation
• Ensure most updated guidance, such as HR policy, job aid, forms, etc. are uploaded on the Portal
