Job Description
Our Technology Engineering team supports all aspects of our organization.
Our technology team develops and maintains software applications, data warehouses and data feeds in an environment where data is our most important asset.
We are looking for smart, energetic and driven interns to join our technology engineering team for the summer.
Interns will be assigned special projects and various other duties that are intended to provide them with valuable professional work experience and insight.
Interns will be assigned to support a variety of programs across any of our IT functions including but not limited to Infrastructure, Engineering, IT Help Desk, DevOps, Data Engineering, etc.
In this role you will:
Manage and complete department assigned project(s) in a timely and effective manner.
Collaborate directly with a department mentor; set goals and monitor progress.
Develop an understanding of the MMIT operations, approach, methodology & tools.
Provide IT support to our user community
Track, prioritize and document requests using the IT ticketing system
Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems
Create or assist with deployment plans and eventual transition of the solution to Run/Maintain support
