com platform Technology organization is looking for Integration Analysts to support the organization ambitions on Ocean and L&S Growth, Modernization and Transformation.
The Integration Analysts should have knowledge of Logistic industry business process and key technology products, as well as the EDI/API related technical implementation experience.
This position is critical role to work together with internal and external stakeholders to make the faster and better connection between customer ERP systems and Maersk Technology platforms.
Key responsibilities
Supports the Integration Implementation Managers on validating requirements by conducting module test, integration test for the new system functions based on self-designed test scenarios, and support User Acceptance Test.
Executes test plans and validate test cases based on customer requirements and recommend changes to predetermined quality guidelines.
Implement and monitor test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance and quality of the customer requirements.
Identify and remedy defects at the same time recommend corrective actions to ensure customer requirement is met during the testing process and is fully functional
Support the hyper care after system/business go live by doing investigation on customer complaints and product issues
Provide Level 3/4 support to Production environment system issues of ongoing customers
Build Competence of Maersk Technology Capabilities, including but not limited to, system integration products like EDI/API, SCM products, 4PL products and WMS products, etc.
Follow the Agile/Scrum methodology to do day to day work
Shift working patterns to align with the customers in the defined region
We are looking for
2-4 yearsÂ’ experience in technology or business analysis positions, or experience from Technical support roles is preferred
Experience of customer direct integration technology including but not limited to EDI, API, etc.
is preferred
On-hand Experience of Agile/Scrum Methodology and JIRA system is preferred.
Analytical skills with a high sense of detail and ability to think logically and in structured approach
Can effectively communicate with internal business users in both the business
