This role is in Accounts Receivable Process in a fast paced, high volume SSC environment that supports Eatons global business and operations that use SAP application for financial accounting and reporting.
The position is responsible on core activity related to working through the AR and AP statements in the start of the month, analyzing deductions, collections with a high degree of efficiency and quality for Eaton business units.
This position is responsible for one or more Accounts Receivable activities reporting deductions,reconciliation, collections etc.
while fostering process improvements and continuous learning.
This position is also responsible for managing key production metrics and activities associated with quality audits.
Day to Day Activities:
Driving customer satisfaction as per customer expectations and service level agreements.
Performing Intercompany (IC) Reconciliations, query handling (team and customers)
Performing reporting task.
Should be a certified and fluent with German language expert for addressing queries and ease communication with stakeholder.
COA clearance (driving aged and current open COA lines)
Tracking and clearing any OOBs
Working with internal teams i.
e.
PTP, RTR, corporate sites and site/plant for clearances
Subject Matter expert Work with the team members to resolve issues as well as provide solutions to the issue
Knowledge sharing/training team members to drive standardization of processes.
Preparing monthly and quarterly metrics
Provides customer support and resolution to issues by metrics monitoring and quality audits in order to assure quality of product to the customer.
