Job Overview:
Data Science and Data Analytics leadership for all aspects of I&I data to include responsibility for the development of the tools, understanding of the scientific background of the data generated, and ability to aggregate and interrogate large datasets and produce scientifically meaningful analysis and dash-boarding or presentations for this data analysis.

Also assume responsibility for maintaining and updating capabilities and facilitating interaction with commercial and marketing groups with regard to these capabilities.

Lead data focused project team meetings, meeting frequently with management and subject matter experts to understand differences in data generation and the impact to downstream aggregation/analysis to ensure that all deliverables are planned, coordinated interdepartmentally, and proactively identifying potential risks and mitigations, and effectively communicating data-driven discussions in order to achieve database integrity and utility with the highest possible data quality
Duties and Responsibilities:
Learns to serve as a Data Scientist for immunology and immunotoxicology studies.

Learns to serve as a liaison for capabilities and scientific knowledge based in generated I&I data/database.

Coordinates efforts of scientific teams around historical data and ongoing database interrogation.

Build awareness of database tools.

Builds knowledge of data analytics tools to interrogate database.

Maintain scientific knowledge of assay conductance and differences in assay performance across the global department.

Monitors progress and status of assigned scientific database inquiries.

Ensures that all experimental data are accurately recorded and verified.

Learns to directs preparation of reports, dashboards, presentations of I&I scientific data and has ability to submit them to the client in presentable/impactful format.

Participates in generation of client requests for data analysis
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education/Qualifications:
PhD, or equivalent degree in immunology, immunotoxicology or Data Sciences, Data Analytics, or related field, or Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in related discipline plus 5-7 years of experience.

Experience may be substituted for education.
