As HR Reporting Analyst here at Forcepoint , y o u will have the opportunity t manage reporting requests and dashboard creation and design for all people related data and analytics.
The position will coordinate extensively with other members of the HR Organization.
You will support the design, development, and implementation of our HR analytics roadmap and data strategy.
The position will ensure excellent partnership across the HR centers of excellence, corporate functions and business units to design, analyze and implement reports.
These reports will measure output, track trends and enable us to provide strategic insights and tell a story about human capital, HR programs and employee engagement at Forcepoint.
Our goal is to increase our analytical capabilities and derive actionable insights into our critical business issues, as well as create a scalable data infrastructure and user-friendly reporting environment that can effectively support our growing company.
What you will be doing:
Design and implement the HR road map for reporting, analytics and advanced analytics platforms to provide HR operational, strategic and tactical metrics taking HR analytics from descriptive to prescriptive
Develop Workday dashboards to easily visualize critical business health metrics.
Collaborate with individuals in HR, corporate functions and business units to develop insights that make valuable contributions; provide advisory services in support of strategic objectives, planning and executive review
Streamline workflows to craft efficiencies and actively develop ways to improve reporting, analysis and operational support
Support the rationalization of current reporting inventory and establish future state reporting requirements.
Support HR Reporting needs in Workday
Support broader HRIS team objectives in delivery of tasks, projects, and enhancements.
Continually innovate on our reporting capabilities
Keeping pace with Workday enhancements, evolving business practice, and user empowerment through best practice education.
Continually look for ways to improve regular delivery of standard analysis/reporting through automation, streamlining, and Workday
