Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
Triage of help desk tickets for the HR systems.
Perform and support testing including test case preparation, test execution and test results documentation, contribute to test strategies and assist HR team members in performing tests to ensure all processes work according to predetermined goals.
Provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems.
Produce actionable reports that show key performance indicators, identify areas of improvement into current operations, and display root cause analysis of problems.
Provide reporting solutions and respond to ad-hoc report requests across multiple business areas.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy of employee and business information across all HR systems through periodic reviews and audits.
Perform scheduled data audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
Education and Experience Requirements
B.
E/B.
Tech/MCA/B.
Sc in Computer Science or Information Technologies or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience working in an HR environment working with global HR systems.
2+ years of experience with Workday (Mandatory)
Hands on experience on HCM core concepts, workday recruiting, Time Off, EIBs and report writer
Experience troubleshooting the transactions/tasks related to business processes, reports and other issues.
Knowledge on other concepts such as Benefits, Compensation and Payroll in a global environment.
