Role title: HR Systems Workday Advance Reporting & BIRT Specialist
Location: Pune

For delivering on these capabilities with key focus on HR Technology and Process, the HR Systems Workday Advance Reporting & BIRT Specialist roles to meet Reporting requirement and analytics.
Own report catalog in Workday, ensure all necessary reports are set up and available to the proper stakeholders, provide access to various reports and data dashboards, assessing need and fit, define and manage role based access ensuring the right people have access to the right data, review and address ad hoc report requests related to Workday.
Accountabilities:
The HR Systems Workday Advance Reporting & BIRT Specialist role is to manage Global Workday reporting and BIRT related specific requirements.
The role should be able to drive global standardization across all HR processes.
Key Skills:
Advanced knowledge of report writing using standard, advanced, matrix and composite reports required.
Experience with report development using BIRT preferred.
Experience developing Workday rep
