Job Summary:-
Key Responsibilities
Drive and lead the reporting & analytics work in the implementation of ServiceNow.
Work with leaders to tell the story of employee experience.
Collaborate with functional leads and different workstreams to understand and gather requirements, design and build reports.
Assess out of the box reporting/dashboard against business requirements and determine best solutions to meet requirements
Assess the current structure to understand how portal is used to help create personas and design system
Gather requirements, design, and build reports and dashboards
Define and execute the Reporting test strategy in conjunction with Test lead
Provide input to process and security decisions based on business process, metric tracking, and reporting needs
Work with Process Leads & HR/stakeholders to create success metrics for the project
Use project management skills in managing projects.
Provide overall project management for given HR system initiative.
Use HR and technical knowledge to influence, consult, communicate and manage projects from design to successful implementation
Key liaison with development team to deliver HR Reporting and analytics solutions appropriate to meet the needs of internal customers
Provide HR functional expertise for system issues and resolution with HR users
Partners with other HR Reporting Analysts and Business Analysts to recommend process improvement strategies
Provide status against plans and escalate issues; Support teams with reports and data as needed
Develop and maintain documentation including business and functional specs
Preferred Skills, Knowledge, Experience
BachelorÂ’s degree preferred in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering
