Job Summary
The HR Reporting Senior Analyst is the primary contact for Workday-related reporting needs.
The Analysis evaluates and responds to requests, as well as identifies data needs and participates in HR analytics projects.
This role is a HR Operations team SME in regards to workday reporting capabilities.
The Analyst builds, tests, and deploys custom reports and dashboards to support the overall Human Capital strategy.
Job DescriptionEssential Job FunctionsWorkday Data Liaison – Responds to data requests from various leaders across the business.
Evaluates requests to determine most efficient and effective means for providing data.
Gathers requirements and works with leaders to clarify data needs.
Educates leaders and HR staff regarding workday self-service capabilities.
Tracks requests and analyzes business requirements so that priorities are determined and the workday user experience is optimized.
Workday Report Building – Manages the design, development, testing, and deployment of workday reports and dashboards.
Identifies field requirements and ensures data security according the established standards.
Educates users regarding report functionality.
Partners with HRIS team to ensure reporting solutions support overall HRIS strategy.
Audits reports on a regular basis and makes updates as required.
Maintains awareness of organizations HR strategy and assesses reporting practice and capability in light of that strategy.
HR Analytics Reporting – Collects and compiles data from multiple sources.
Utilizes data visualization tools (e.

, Tableau) to create and maintain HR reports and dashboards.
