Job Description:-
Operationalization tasks:
Ability to own all MLOps tasks, e.

g.

, making the models operational:
Monitor AIOps containers (memory and CPU utilization, etc.

).

Monitor AIOps ML models (number of requests, average response latency, etc.

).

Detect when models need to be re-trained (offline drift detection).

Operationalizing ML model training pipelines: from running training pipelines to creating RPM packages with new model versions.

Ability to create/update AIOps containers.

Ability to interact with elements of HPCM’s build system.

Ability to update and deliver AIOps models.

Ability to access and deal with metadata
Customer collaboration tasks:
Ability to deal with customers on a technical basis.

Ability to help create a scope-of-work to articulate the objectives of the customer collaboration.

Ability to help keep the collaborations on task for timely completion.

PointNext training tasks:
Good written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to assemble and deliver lightweight AIOps training materials.

Ability to work closely with PointNext.
