About the Role:
HITRECORD is looking for a Growth Insights Analyst to elevate the Company and its best practices and tools in data collection and visualization.
This role will work cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Finance, and other departments and help each team collect, clean, and analyze data to drive decision making and provide direction for future growth of the business.
We’re looking for someone who’s a self-starter, worked at a startup before, and wants to be part of building the product analytics function at HITRECORD.
The ideal candidate will be able to assess needs, lay a foundation, and ultimately establish a data team.
What you’ll do:
Work with Engineering and Product to create a single source of data truth
Partner with key stakeholders in Product, Engineering, Finance, Community, etc.
