The Powertrain Engineering team in Bangalore is looking for a new leader for the System Simulation and Analytics team.

You are technology driven, comfortable leading change, customer oriented, supportive and a good coach for the team as well as for the individuals in the team.

We believe that you have previous experience in leading people and that you have several years of experience in System Simulation and Data Analytics areas.

Job Description
The work is performed in an international environment together with your future colleagues around the globe.

As a manager for the System Simulation and Analytics team, you will focus on:
Simulation for qualifying various powertrain systems.

Increasing simulation coverage and overall simulation confidence
Coming up with futuristic business strategy – predicting future opportunities in the areas of Simulation and Analytics.

In addition, you have a proven experience in:
Autonomously and flexibly carrying out advanced analytics in multiple domains and environments.

Design, prototype and implement statistical and predictive models.

Building business cases for data science applications through collaboration with business leaders and subject matter experts
Leading SIL (Software-in-the-loop) integration and verification together with software teams & bu
