Your responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and execution of the Commercial Strategy; take full accountability for brand insight across regional organization, and provide strategic insights that share /develop brand strategy.
Working collaboratively with cross functional teams to synthesize findings into actionable insights.
Responsible for territorial marketing activities in order to optimize and customize brands promotion, strengthening implementation, coordination and execution of Field Force and KAM activities.
Responsible for identifying and retaining talent.
Lead the development and implementation of standards to support quality and compliance.
Analyzes trends and develops impactful and actionable customer market insights -support Brand teams in creation of service needs to define an Integrated insights & analytics plan.
Provide leadership in the establishment of a high performing team of Scientific Events Leads, Managers and Coordinators.
Lead the development and implementation of standards to support quality and compliance.
Lead teams to define deliverables and monitor time managementAligning on work required to support Scientific Events activities at a global, Regional and local level where required.
Minimum requirements
What youll bring to the role:MBA with Graduate / Post Graduate in Engineering/Pharmacy/ Science/Statistics or related fields (including MBBS/MDs/MS/MPH)
Overall 10-15+ years of experience, with 5-10+ years in analytics with a leading Pharma principal / solution provider and at least 3-4 years experience in leading a large team
Past work reflects a track record of operational excellence in analytics space
Understanding complexity of integrated working in a matrix and geographically dispersed environment
Familiarity with process set-up, quality KPIs and operational issues / management
