The position
As the Global TRM Insights Lead, you will manage the design and deployment of an insights strategy for Global Total Rewards and Mobility (TRM) Centre of Excellence.
You will lead the analysis and reporting of TRM data at a global level, as well as provide guidance and consultation to HRBPs and leaders as a subject matter expert in the mentioned area.
You will keep up to date with research and analytical approaches and best practices around data analytics, technology, and insights.
You will also oversee the design of research and analytics projects and manage their execution including relevant stakeholder management, communication and change management.
You will provide analysis, reports, insights and advice for the benefit of stakeholders in Novo Nordisk and lead the design and setup of dashboards and systems to report TRM data.
You will be a subject matter expert in data analytics and insights and stay abreast with the latest trends and research in this area, contributing to the departments collective knowledge of TRM.
You will closely cooperate with HRBPs and people leaders, build and maintain trusting, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, inside and outside of the organisation.
Qualifications
A university degree with a mathematical or statistical component is preferred.
You have a minimum 5-8 years of proven experience leading insights/research /analytics projects within or on behalf of global or
