Job Description:
Shift Timing: 11 AM to 8 PM
CPW team at CMI Mumbai, is an extension of CPWs Global Analytics function based in Switzerland.
The team here works across the spectrum of data architecture, data stewardship, visualisation, advanced analytics and insights on Business Performance across CPW Global markets.
We are looking to hire a data and analytics senior manager, to lead CPW Mumbai team.
This person will be part of the Global Analytics Leadership Team (dotted line to CPW Head of Analytics), and solid line reporting to the leader of CMI Mumbai.
Reporting relationships:
Direct Reports (ICs): 8 ICs responsible for Data & Reporting
Direct Reports (MOPs): 2 AMs (Decision Sciences, Predictive Analytics)
Indirect Reports (Teams of MOPs that would fold into your leadership): 4
Job Responsibilities:Leadership: The role is part of CPW Analytics leadership team working with counterparts across Decision Science, Predictive Analytics, Marketing Effectiveness and Research & Experimentation.
Manage & Lead capability build and vision around Data Strategy & Application: , Oversee existing Data Engineering and Data Reporting & Visualisation teams, and support driving the CPW Data Strategy that includes onboarding and managing new datasets, including panel data, 1st party campaign data and clickstream data.
Manage existing supplier relationships related to the CPW data asset and identify new suppliers/technologies that can support the long term ambitions of impacting and influencing the Breakfast Cereal category.
Advance new capabilities: Partner with Global Decision Sciences lead to grow and develop newer capabilities and skills leveraging analytical methods and new data sources to drive speed to actionable insight.
