Duties & Responsibilities
Advanced / Admin level skills in technologies associated to specialism
Holds analytics teammates to high quality standards with QA support and feedback
Can create an effective story with data, maintaining objectivity in their analysis
Can lead a project development with little support
Can develop a production ready analysis project, dashboard or model with little instruction
Is proactive in ensuring the ongoing accuracy of all team owned data sources
Helps unblock team members
Understands at a short-term view what work is priority for the team
Can support on a cross functional plan
Manages work done by analyst
Effectively manages work priorities for self and analysts
Regularly conducts 1-1 sessions helping the team evolve
Supports training of new Digital Analytics team members in associated tools and technologies
Leads functional team training
