The Role Responsibilities:
Strategy
Consults with stakeholders to analyse, define, and prioritize business requirements and functional and operational specifications for FMO Projects/Programmes. Formulates and defines program scope and objectives for the work stream with thorough understanding of business processes in a specific business domain.
Business
In depth understanding of FM products, FMO functions, processes and regional market environments.
People and Talent
Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and expectations from their team and work in collaboration with risk and control partners.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior colleagues
Assist with capacity planning for colleagues assigned to projects/programmes

Assess, track and monitor all risks and issues related to project/programme d
