The Insights & Analytics team at Sema4 is seeking a talented and driven Financial Analyst.

Reporting to the Manager, Business Insights & Analytics, this person will be a key contributor in modeling data to communicate information in new and creative ways in order to drive informed decision making.

This role has a high visibility with senior leadership across the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Extracting, cleaning and preparing data from multiple sources for analysis
Analyzing data to create accurate and timely reports, and understanding the business implications
Performing root cause analysis to help facilitate process improvement initiatives
Collaborating cross-functionally with finance, strategy, sales and revenue cycle to gather, analyze, develop and present insightful and actionable dashboards
Identifying, communicating and resolving issues
Providing analysis to determine present and future financial performance
Assisting with the development and execution of Finance & Strategy projects
Providing a high level of service that cultivates and maintains strong working relationships, effectively communicates information, and takes ownership and accountability for timeliness
Communicating with stakeholders
Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or Finance
2-3 years’ experience in an Analyst role
Healthcare industry experience preferred
Motivated with a high degree of initiative, a quick-learner, and have the capability to manage multip
