Position Responsibilities:
Boeing India is currently seeking a Billing Management Specialist to join the Global Sourcing & Vendor Management (GSVM) team in Bangalore, India.

The role is responsible for supporting Information Technology and will assist with the Supplier Billing and Audit Management.

This organization reports directly into IT Strategy and Operations and is responsible managing strategic billing, sourcing efforts and vendor performance to ensure the business needs of IT are met with the optimal mix of work done internally and externally through Boeing IT s supply chain.

The Experienced Process Analyst role will include managing supplier account set up in compliance with contract terms and conditions for accuracy, processing of requisitions, orders in a timely and accurate method.

This position will interface with multiple operational groups across the Boeing Company and suppliers to obtain and secure accurate data for billing and supplier service requests.

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of advanced Audit Management and operational issues related to billing management.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+years of experience as a Billing Specialist in Finance or similar role.

Understanding of Billing Audits
Passion for numbers and financial data
Excellent knowledge of MS Office , MS Access and Automation tools
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
