EUC Remediation Senior Business Analyst (AVP)
The IT Senior Business Analyst is an intermediate-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team.
The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning
Key Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for assisting in the reduction of reliance on end user computing (EUCs) through identification, development, general program oversight of Global Solutions to remediate EUCs as it pertains to EUC reductions Loans requirements within ISG Data & Regulatory group.
The successful candidate will be working closely with the EUC team, to interface the business, translating business requirements into technical requirements and will have strong functional knowledge from banking and financial system.
The role will be responsible for data analysis and mapping of a mix of End User Computing systems within banking and financial system
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience, Master’s degree preferred
8-12 yearsÂ’ experience in analyzing and defining risk management data structures
Skills:
Experience with all phases of Software Development Life Cycle
A strong understanding of end user computing (EUC) systems
Subject matter expert for project initiation phase in the End-user computing domain (EUC)
Strong stakeholder engagement skills
Organize and attend workshops to understand the current state of the EUC service line
Proven aptitude for organizing and prioritizing work effectively (Must be able to meet deadlines)
Propose a solution and deployment approach to achieve EUC remediation.
Hands-on experience of writing SQL queries in multiple database environments and OS; Experience in validating end to end flow of data in an application.
Understanding of Capital markets (risk management process), Loans / CRMS will be required
Prior experience working on no-code automation EUC tools like Xceptor/Genesis/Appian will be an added advantage
Knowledge of advance MS excel mac
