Job Summary:-
Your field of responsibility
As a Business Analyst in Finance Change Core Components team you will be responsible for end to end delivery of assigned projects/work packages delivering strategic global changes in the key Sub-Ledger, Sub-Ledger Adjustments area.

You will also be responsible for enabling and supporting smooth global adoption of the delivered strategic capabilities.

You will perform requirement gathering, analysis of data, process and system functional As Is/To, documentation of business and functional requirements, functional solution design, analysis of impact to finance front to back accounting and reporting process and systems, functional testing, user acceptance testing, obtain sign offs, prepare and deliver trainings to CFO line functions and colleagues within team.

You will liaise and collaborate with global partners in CFO Product Control, Accounting and Reporting line functions and IT to successfully deliver various project landmarks and for smooth adoption of delivered strategic capabilities.

Your future colleagues
CFO Finance Change team designs and implements key business transformation projects to enable CFO Finance business functions to deliver their regulatory, audit, control and operational improvement agenda.

As a business analyst in Core Components team within CFO Finance Changes you will be part of a collaborative team of techno functional professionals that undertakes global projects delivering strategic changes to in house Sub-ledger and Sub-ledger adjustment tools and collaborates with various CFO accounting and reporting line teams for smooth adoption of delivered strategic capabilities.

Your skills and experience
We are looking for
Bachelor’s degree is a must.

MBA Finance/CA qualification is preferred but not mandatory
Proven Experience in Investment Banking/Capital Market domain is a must
Front to back flow and product knowledge of any IB product like Equities, Bonds, OTC, Listed etc.

Minimum 3-6 years of proven experience either in Finance/PC operations or Business Analysis/ Change for sub-ledger/Ca
