PRIMARY FUNCTION:
eCommerce Business Analyst will contribute in the CNHi ecommerce business acceleration by identifying, measuring and monitoring key performance indicators and developing recommendations that drive positive business outcomes.
You will be responsible to set strategic direction for analytics and data management, establish and oversee analytics and data operations, and shape digital offerings.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role, the candidate will be in charge of:
Provide expertise and services on designing and implementing analytics for customer segmentation, test and target solutions, SEO and conversion, marketing automation, and generating sales analytics and key performance indicators.
Marry digital analytics with business needs to build & communicate insights, and support decision-making frameworks with digital commerce and aftermarket marketing strategy
Advocate for and educate the business on how to leverage insights from analytics to drive business decisions including functionality and content prioritization, where to invest/divest, and customer segmentation through mentoring, training, and external best practice learning
Leverage statistical, mathematical, and analytical tools and techniques to solve business problems using data-driven insights
Build strategy and execute plan on how to build or augment data analysis and science expertise to operationalize data into actionable insights
