The Director, Workforce Analytics is primarily responsible for establishing and leading the strategy & vision of the workforce analytics team at Labcorp, a 74,000 global organization.
The incumbent will partner with internal customers including HR leaders and Business leaders to understand business objectives and how HR data can enable the business to achieve those objectives.
We are looking for someone with deep level of subject matter expertise in predictive analytics and with the ability to implement solutions using HR data and analytics that can facilitate business decisions.
The incumbent will develop, implement and lead our long-term analytics technology strategy: developing the business case, establishing governance, and managing execution.
Managing the HR Workforce Analytics team and working closely with other teams like HRIM, IT, and third-party technical resources, the incumbent will build and deploy analytics technologies and will lead the transition of existing metrics into the new framework The Director will influence business decision through enhanced tools and offerings of people metrics & data.
Education/Qualifications:
4 Year Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science or Human Resources Management
Project Management Certification and/or Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus
Experience:
10-15 years of experience in a lead Workforce Analytics role with hands-on experience working with HR data
Experience in generating dashboards that provide insights regarding trends and gaps.
Must have the ability to articulate the insights gained from the data to HR and Business stakeholders
5+ years of experience managing people
6-8 years of experience in Reporting & Analytics within various Human Capital Management systems like Workday, PeopleSoft HRMS, etc.

6-8 years of experience in various data visualization tool like Tableau, Spotfire, etc.
6-8 years of experience in various reporting tools like Cognos, Workday Prism, Data Warehouse, SAP HANA, etc.
Strong knowledge of Human Capital Management systems and deep understanding of the HR function and processes like Payroll, Benefit, Compensation, Talent Managemen
