Be a leader on the Bill.

com Product Management team! We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and dedicated person to join Bill.

com’s Product Management team.

This person will be responsible for leading key initiatives associated with driving more customer and business success with Payments leveraging artificial intelligence (AI and Machine Learning) as a way to provide innovative customer and business value.

Role Responsibilities:
Deliver breakthrough benefits to Bill.

com customers through artificial intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning capabilities.

Have AI anticipate customers’ intent and deliver valued experiences for them
Sets the product vision and strategy of Bill.

com’s Intelligent Virtual Assistant (“IVA” is Bill.

com’s branded name for our AI platform) and all AI product initiatives at the company
Prioritizes AI roadmap balancing Bill.

com’s goal of data entry accuracy and solutions for other complex business problems where AI can enable business and customer value
Collaborates with engineering to develop initiatives and measurements for success.

Deliver to those goals on time and on budget
Work closely with UX/UI design to accentuate ease of use and efficiency IVA brings to the user flow to deliver high NPS
Team up with product marketing to translate AI capabilities to customer value prop and vice versa
Proactively identifies, consults with and provides guidance to senior management on the strategic direction of products & advance
