The Director of Merchandising Analytics will be responsible for utilizing advanced statistical tools and leading-edge technology for disseminating insights to change and impact the assortment, promotions and pricing of merchandise within Ahold Delhaize USA’s brands – Stop & Shop, Food Lion, Giant Food, Giant/Martin’s, and Hannaford.

The advanced technology we leverage and tools to be built will allow for the creation of new insights and the ability to democratize customer data more fully across the entire organization.

The Director will then consult with users across the business, so they can fully understand and activate the insights delivered from the new capabilities created yielding impactful financial contribution.

Leads a team that builds enterprise level capabilities for all the brands providing key customer metrics fully automated and integrated into the existing merchandizing business process solely to be utilized for category business planning.
