Job Summary:-
What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead methodology support and oversee development, implementation, management, and validation of statistical modeling and data analysis for the IQVIA US syndicated patient data offerings.

Responsibilities include methodology support for the offerings during live production process to solve issues and market events, providing methodology support to client contract renewals, and new methodology development
Provide leadership in assisting the offering development and production teams on data investigations, methodology presentations, providing input to client communications, and liaising with internal stakeholders on the impact of data and methodology changes
Develop innovative methodologies and new offerings.

Conduct research related to methodology enhancements to existing offerings as well as new patient offerings
Manage a team of data scientists and statisticians, and collaborate closely with project managers throughout the project lifecycle to ensure accurate and timely delivery
Managing the development work for complex projects requiring data science and statistical models in Python, R, or other software packages
Drive development of strategic plan and ensure appropriate resource management, talent development and team performance
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s/Master’s/Ph.

D.

degree or equivalent in Statistics, Data Science, Epidemiology, Health Economics, or related field with a strong focus on quantitative analysis and Machine Learning solutions
A minimum of 8 years for MSc.

/Ph.

D.

, or 11 years for BSc.

, of relevant experience with large healthcare databases and systems.

Extensive experience working with patient longitudinal data is required
Experience with team leadership and people management required
Ability to provide thought leadership in healthcare data analytics and recommend business directions and plans
Ability to influence business decisions and communicate and collaborate with stakeholders on matters of strategic importance
Extensive experience using statistical programming languages (SQL, Python, R and/or SAS) to manipulate data and build statistical models.

Experience with distributed data/computing tools such as MapReduce, Hadoop, Hive, Impala, Spark, etc.
