Google AI Quantum is building novel systems that can leverage quantum mechanics to outperform the world’s largest computers at certain classes of problems.

As a Quantum Device Surface Scientist, you will have significant surface analysis experience, strong knowledge of various metrology techniques, and have developed numerous successful processes and characterization methods.

In this role, you will be involved in the development of prototype characterization and fabrication techniques as well as running, maintaining and stabilizing existing process modules and equipment.

You will work independently and collaborate with fellow teammates and manage external collaborations.

In this role, you will be crucial to our success as we continue to improve the performance and reliability of our devices.
