Department overview
Within Internal Business Applications IBA Team – BI Reporting & Analytics team work on transforming organizational data related to People, Finance, Sales and Customer to useful insights using Data analytics tools and best practices.

Position summary
Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skills, the candidate will be required to take an online qualifying test on analytical reasoning and quantitative ability Advanced proficiency in Microsoft BI technology stack Power BI, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS.

Microsoft BI tool stack certification will be a plus Advanced database & SQL skills – complex ETL processing, ability to write complex queries from scratch, data modelling and manipulating data, developing data dictionaries and vocabularies, Data Quality and cleansing techniques Knowledge of Big data technologies is a plus Fluency with an advanced analytical tool (Python, R, SAS, etc.

) – ability to run statistical modelling and testing in one of the above languages Knowledge of visualization tools (Power BI) – ability to create interactive, user friendly and compelling dashboards and reports Good to have skills: API use in Data analytics Work with stakeholders to elicit, clarify, translate and simplify data requirements Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
What You’ll Do
Working on Enhancements Projects related to BI Reporting and Analytics
Doing requirement gathering as per the Program roadmap and assign project
Working on building wireframes and design documents which transforms Business requirements into Technical requirements
Doing POCs of the finalized design and working on getting it reviewed and approved by stakeholders
Doing end to end Data model & Code changes to deliver the requirements
Working on building the requirement in Test environment and move it to production after feedback
