What This Position Is All About:
Support Microstrategy supports (executive and user)
Support outages, delays, & major deployments within the Microstrategy Environment
Manage issue resolution using JIRA/Cherwell ticketing system
Review and tune report SQL for performance optimization
Work with ETL team to update reports & correct reports
Work with system admin to help maintain a stable BI environment
You Also Have:
2 years of experience with Micro Strategy BI tool in an Support Role.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with the following Micro Strategy components BI Developer Kit, Intelligence Server,
Experience with Microstrategy, Snowflake (or similar)Experience with production support
Ability to edit, optimize, correct, and deploy Microstrategy reports, dashboards, scorecards, dossiers, and statistical reporting
As a Data streams Support, You Will:
The purpose of this role is to lead the support team for the Microstrategy Reporting at HBC.
This person will be responsible for maintaining our issue resolution, deployments, monitoring executive reporting, scheduling reports,and overall production support.
Experience with Microstrategy is required, snowflake is a bonus.
