Key Responsibilities:

• Use analytical experience and business expertise to define business strategy and present fact-based recommendations to senior leadership.

• Convert raw data into insights and actionable intelligence

• Develop models and analyses using R, Python, Advanced Excel

• Present recommendations to leadership using data visualizations, charts and graphs.

• Build models to support what-if scenarios using linear and non-linear programming methods.

• Independently assess key areas of warehouse operations that need analytical support & identify opportunities for improvement

• Support planning and execution of warehouse processes

• Partner with operations leadership to monitor progress against desired business outcomes

• Aid in the planning and documentation of both functional and technical business requirements needed to create improved and processes for the supply chain network.

• Flexible to travel based on assignments

Minimum Requirements

3+ years’ experience in data analytics or warehouse/supply chain operations

Critical Skills

• Advanced proficiency with Power BI & Excel (Power Pivots, Solver, Macros), MS Access

• Proficient in R/Python coding, statistical modeling experience, Strong technical and analytical skills

• Working knowledge of SQL, VBA, and data visualization programs such as Tableau

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education: BTech/Mtech degree (Industrial Engg would be preferred)
