• This is an individual contributor role for working on Aerospace Business Data and provide Key Insights that will help in improved decision making.
• Apply  expertise in quantitative business analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and understand business impact
• Partner with cross functional teams to solve problems and identify trends and opportunities.
• Strong background in Machine Learning, Statistics, Information Retrieval, or Graph Analysis
• Some experience working with large datasets, preferably using tools like Hadoop, MapReduce, Pig, or Hive
• Knowledge of scripting languages like Ruby or Python, familiarity with web frameworks a plus
• Comfortable with data analysis & visualization using tools like R, Matlab, or SciPy
• Critical thinking: ability to track down complex data issues having business impact, evaluate different algorithmic approaches, and analyze data to solve problems
• Demonstrate excellent technical leadership and communication skills with action oriented approach
• Innovative and integrative thinker, quick to visualize solutions and generate ideas. Excellent software architecture and design skills, demonstrates responsiveness to team and partners.
• Expertise in algorithm development, In-depth understanding of design techniques such as fuzzy logic, neural network and heuristic prediction models.
