About the role:
• We’re looking for a new team member who is highly motivated to learn new domain, applications and new technology.
• You will work closely with business teams and application architects to integrate results into operational platforms including containerized microservices and distributed compute and storage architectures.
• Additionally, this role is expected to work within Honeywell to identify opportunities for new growth in adjacent space.
• Lead technical team to deliver analytics software

Responsibilities:
• Lead the delivery of Data analytics customer projects
• Develop new technology in the area of hybrid modeling , data modelling , pattern analysis, data visualization and machine learning solutions to address customer needs.
• Participate and lead the collaborative efforts with University to develop new framework.
• Lead the productization of new framework and algorithm to solve various customer problem
• Plan, track and mitigate the research initiatives with team
• Communicate project output in terms of customer value, business objectives, and product opportunity

MUST HAVES:
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics
• Minimum of 5 years of Python or R programming experience
• 4 years Data Science Solution design experience (e.g., feature engineering and hyperparameter tuning, outlier treatment, missing value treatment, etc.)

WE VALUE:
• PhD degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics or related field
• Research experience in developing new framework
• Experience with developing and deploying Natural Language Processing
• Experience with deep learning
• Experience working with remote and global teams
