Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Bringing critical thinking and excellent problem-solving skills to a range of challenging business questions
• Communicating insights to key partners and influencing teams to take action based on your recommendations
• Aligning and integrating with other relevant People & Organization initiatives and processes
• Partnering with People & Organization on building relevant people analytics value
• Ensuring relevant partner engagement, involvement, communication and trans-formations for all People Analytics Programs
• Ensuring programs are endorsed by Data Privacy, Works Councils and other relevant bodies
• Performing data driven experiments and operating in an agile environment
Minimum Requirements
What you’ll need:
• Degree in a relevant field (MBA, statistics) or equivalent meaningful experience
• Experience in the People Analytics space
• Experience with inferential statistics and research methods (Regressions, Hypothesis testing, Regression models, creating and running of AI models like Decision trees, Random forests, Neural networks etc.)
• Strong demonstrated ability to navigate a sophisticated organization, understand business needs and interact with senior level business partners
• Understanding of Advanced Analytics; translation of ambiguous problems into structured questions and hypotheses, identifications of key drivers and creation of robust business cases
• Ability and eagerness to learn new tools and skills without direction
• Proficiency in English (oral and written)
• Experience with Data Analytics tools like R and Python
