Your responsibilities include:

•          You would lead business/data analyst and responsible for gathering requirements for all projects & programs.

•          You will be responsible to translate business requirements to AI/ ML based solution. You will be responsible for requirements management and user stories adapted to use AI/NLP.

•          You will work as a SME on AI/NLP/ML, helping team solve core requirements for NLP such as information extraction from unstructured documents, build document metadata, document classification problem

•          You will be working on projects requiring data integration and science skills, connecting bank-wide datasets

•          You will be working with teams from different business function and divisions to solve complex machine learning problem

•          You will be responsible to ensure that AI/ ML solutions meets bank-wide ML modelling guidelines and standards

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and project experiences.

• You should have relevant 10+ years of experience in data, AI/ML modelling related capabilities
• You need to have an outstanding understanding of NLP techniques with use of Spacy, Prodigy, BERT, TFIDF, Jaccard, Cosine, BoW and other open source industry leading algorithms to extract content
• Outstanding understanding of AI & NLP Working with Rules engine & learning algorithms to filter out the noise in the system.
• You should be an outstanding Python practitioner, with integrated data science, engineering and development background
• You need to have partner management experience to efficiently gather the requirements and handle the delivery of NLP outcomes
• It will be good, if you have understanding of investment banking domain, and financial services products/ customer data
• You need to have an outstanding understanding of agile development practices
• Understanding of parallel capabilities on the cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) is highly desirable
• You need to have outstanding academic background with degree and/or masters in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or Statistics
• You need to have good written and verbal communication skills
