Primary Responsibilities:

• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• M.Sc Maths, Statistics
• 4+ years of experience creating data science solutions in real world settings
• Experience with Python and R in terms of technology stack
• Very high SQL skills
• Knowledge of Linear, Logistic regression, Statistical Tests, Random Forest, GBM, and more
• Understand Call Centre data
• Skills: Python / R, Linux / Shell scripting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to disaggregate issues, identify root causes and recommend solutions
• Professional, service oriented, proactive, and flexible
