ROLE
Khoros is seeking a full-time Data Program Coordinator as a central role within the Customer Organization Data Team.
Were looking for someone who is data-driven and can understand, report on, and make adjustments to data collection from day-to-day processes performed by teams within Khoros Customer Organization.
This role requires coordination with Khoros staff around the world, and an important requirement is to work a shift that supports EMEA and North American regions.
Typically, this will require hours from 1:30PM to 10:00 PM IST.
Teams youll be supporting include:
Support – we have over 70 Support Agents resolving our customers technical issues for multiple distinct Product Solutions.
Most are stationed in Austin, TX, USA, and Bengaluru, India offices, and others work remotely.
Customer Success – we have over 40 Customer Success Managers working with assigned accounts.
Their goal is to help customers succeed, and its important to understand both our CSMs actions, and our customers measurable performance.
Customer Experience – we are developing an innovative program to track and measure our customer touchpoints, including the way they use our software.
