Job Description
Responsible for design and implement effective database solutions and models to support Customer 360 solution.
Also responsible for Enterprise Data Model definitions and associated standards, Designs of structures in alignment with Philips Data Strategy.
Also responsible for data flows, integration and data exchange across Philips.
You are responsible for
Design and implement effective database solutions and models to support Customer 360 solution
Enterprise Data Model definitions and associated standards, Designs of structures in alignment with Philips Data Strategy
Data flows across business processes and systems and, governance around Data collection, storage, usage
Data Integration / Data exchange across Philips Collaborative task with Master data management and Data Integration/ API enablement.
Align Data Architecture across Value chains in context of I2M, M2O, O2C and Enabling in the context of Customer 360 solution
Alignment of data architecture for Customer 360 with enterprise and IT architecture together with Data Scientists, Data Analysts, EA, business and platform architects
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor or Masters degree in a technical discipline, preferably in computer science, information systems or equivalent educational background
Minimum of 10 + Years of overall experience in Data Architecture, IT / Solution Architecture and business process management
Strong experience in Master Data management, Data Quality, Data and Analytics skills
Strong experience in Data platforms like MS Azure, Data Integration technologies ( especially APIs) and Data Modelling tools like Sap Power Designer or equivalent are a must
Strong communication and influencing skills to enable effective implementation and execution of job responsibilities.
Strong Stakeholder Management skills
Prior experience in independently leading projects while reporting to Senior management
