What will you be doing?Own the user experience across a number of programmes of work.
Produce both low and high fidelity interface designsPresent ideas and designs to stakeholders and adapt work based on reviews and direct feedbackBuild relationships with other specialists across the organisation; drive synergiesPlan and execute activities to help define and implement user experience journeysProduce style guides and/or specifications to support implementation activitiesEnsure that development teams deliver to the required standardImprove knowledge of data assets across Barclays UK, supporting business objectivesAssist in the creation of new process, training and documentation, working collaboratively with team members, using clear version history and high degree of accuracyThe Role Holder needs to maintain a key balance between Technical and managerial /governance requirements of the role.
What were looking for:4 year university degree in an engineering, mathematical or computer science discipline3-5 years experience of application client and server architecture in the web and/or mobile domain3-5 years Strong experience of application frameworks and architecture patternsExperience of presenting technical concepts to a non-technical audience and senior stakeholdersSpecific experience of domain driven and event driven architectureSelf-starter, takes ownership of tasks and is able to monitor/report progress and deliver to completionAbility to understand data concepts and some understanding of data management capabilities including Data Lineage, Data Defin
