Summary
The Data and Reporting Coordinator will serve and support reporting throughout the Call Center department by assisting the department with data and reporting needs including data entry, report creation, database management, and analysis.
This role will generate administrative, financial, and operations reports as needed and requested and prepare and create reports for management/leaders.
Essential Duties + Responsibilities
Produce reports and dashboards using QlikSense, SQL, and Excel.
Automate routine data management tasks using QlikSense or SQL.
Complete research projects and analysis on the business, advise management on results.
Explore information systems to better understand applications and business processes.
Gather requirements, document processes, and build business cases.
Analyzes, interprets, and reports performance trends.
Determines and implements methods to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of reports.
Performs special projects to support the reporting team and functional areas.
Other duties as may be reasonably requested.
Education, Experience + Skills
2+ years of working experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or operations role preferred.
1 year of QlikSense experience preferred.
Demonstrated data visualization and querying (SQL) expertise.
Experience utilizing computer systems including Microsoft Suite.
Ability to perform data validation and fault detection of data models.
Process, clean, and verify the integrity of data used for analysis and ad-hoc analysis.
Expertise in MS Excel – Graphics, Pivot Tables, Formulas, VBA.
Track record of tying analytics to recommendations that result in improved business processes.
Proven ability to solve problems in a fast-paced environment
