Responsibilities

- As a Business Systems Data Analyst, your responsibilities are as follows:
- Understand the data model for all People systems and data interoperability between Workday and all connected systems with people data
- Engage and connect with business partners and stakeholders to understand data and reporting & analytics needs and provide relevant solutions
- Design, configure, deploy and support of Workday and Tableau reports and analytics for People leaders, Org leaders, HR Partners
- Support secure data distribution models between Workday, Atlassian products and 3rd party services
- Ensure data privacy and compliance controls and standards are documented and maintained
- Develop and maintain technical design documents related to data architecture
- Document and maintain reporting catalog & Provide operational oversight and guidance for pro-active management of BAU tickets
- Provide mentorship and technical leadership for junior Business Systems Analysts
- Nice-to-have: Partner with business stakeholders to develop advance analytics use cases and solutions (Data Science background)
More about you
- 6+ years of industry experience in cloud-based HR Systems and at least 2 years of working experience on HCM systems data, reporting and connected capabilities
- Experience interacting with highly technical team members to design, project-manage, and implement solutions
- A strong analytical approach to the team and are constantly finding ways to optimize/automate the existing people technology & procedures
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills and are able to prioritize and deliver the most meaningful things first
- Proven expertise in mapping business requirements to technical solutions and are willing to see projects through the finish line
- BS/MS in Information Systems, Computer Science or Engineering
