What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

• Responsible for value-add analytics for Change Healthcare’s product portfolio, primarily by exploiting large healthcare datasets to produce valid and defensible analytic content for Change Healthcare’s data mining product
• Coordinate cross team processes while focusing on quality output
• Lead a migration from oracle into AWS Redshift

What are the requirements needed for this position?

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, STEM or related field OR 4 years of data management experience
• 3+ years of Healthcare data experience
• Data Mapping (e.g. field 1 from client = field A in our database)
• ETL (e.g. working with many large files, compression, gzip, delimited files, sFTP, data transfers, data loads)
• Reporting experience in MS Excel or BI Software (e.g. Tableau)
• Big Data (i.e. billing of records, 300+ fields)
• Experience working in Agile Environment (i.e. process changes daily)

• Work effectively in a team environment and communicate with non-technical staff
• Willingness to learn new language/software/processes
• Support product leadership through design, development, and delivery of analytic centric products
• Possess strong working knowledge of established and emerging analytic methodologies, software, and tools
• Possess strong working knowledge of windows operating system, text files, zipping files, excel and command prompts
• Have a solid understanding of virtual environments
• Demonstrate an understanding of relational databases and familiarity with SQL
• Have a strong familiarity with basic statistical practice
