Data Analyst Requirements: 

· A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a field that emphasizes statistical and analytical skills. Those with a mathematics, statistics, computer science, data science, economics, or information management background are encouraged to apply.

· Proven experience in data analysis, academic or professional.

· Experience working with Excel, SQL, Oracle, R, Python, Domo, Tableau, Power BI.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, transform, and analyze significant amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy.

· Ability to present and explain complex methodology and results in a simple, organized manner.

· Technical proficiency regarding database design, development, data models, data mining techniques, and segmentation techniques.

· Proactive and self-directed.

· Ability to take initiative without established guidelines and procedures using independent judgment.

· Solution-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
