Data Analyst
Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of the Procurement Data Analysts are, but not limited to:
Develop and Execute standard reports, custom report and data files.
Establish & document report data formatting, delivery methods and maintenance procedures.
Identify, analyze & interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.
Initially validate results to ensure data integrity of the reports and/or files produced.
Support Corporate initiatives and projects related to data requests and analytical products.
Submit routine reports to internal staff and executive team as requested.
Providing quality management reporting for sourcing team.
Assist team in procurement related activities as needed.
Provide recommendations on all procurement related issues, plans, reports, trainings and metrics.
Provide support in procurement projects that include the areas of purchasing, contracting, sourcing, and commodity management.
Develop innovative approaches to review procurement process effectiveness and explore solutions for internal stakeholders and suppliers.
Provide support in any system enhancement activity by performing UAT in collaboration with system admins.
Required Skills, Experience & Education:
At least 3 Years of relevant work experience, preferably with a focus on data management or procurement analytics experience.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and schedule, and self-directed.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, word, Visio, Access and PowerPoint.
Exposure to third party BI tools such as Tableau, DOMO or Power BI.
Good interpersonal and collaboration skills with ability to drive and influence change
Track record of working work well on teams and leading projects
Excellent verbal and written communications skills including presenting to upper management
High energy & motivation with the capability to prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
BS degree in information technology, Mathematics, and\or statistics or equivalent combination of education and experience.
NetSuite and Coupa P2P ERP system experience.
Familiar with User Acceptance Testing
Shift: 03.00 pm to 12.00 pm
