What You Will Do In Your Role

Primary Responsibilities

•Understand system data and underlying business / functional processes through discovery & business SME engagement

•Apply business and analytical acumen to design models to assign costs and address key underlying business issues

•Understand and apply data engineering principles to account for inconsistent data formats / quality

•Manage end-to-end data / logic flow, maintain hierarchy of key figures, and ensure end-to-end data tie-out

•Translate key business requirements (e.g., ledger tie-out, reasonableness of results) into appropriate test scenarios and drive testing activities

•Program manage and coordinate release activities from enhancement request capture to transport to production

•Create visualizations in Tableau based on business requirements

The Experience You Will Bring

Required Skills:

•MBA, CA, CMA or ICWAI with a quantitative focus (Applied Math, Statistics, Business Analytics, Econometrics, Engineering) + relevant work experience

•Prior experience working with large quantitative and qualitative datasets both hands on

•Ability to guide teams on appropriate methodology and approach for developing insights to solve business problems

•Excellent communications and interpersonal skills

•Demonstrated ability to drive results and comfortable executing independently and as a team

Preferred Skills:

•Understanding of financial concepts around the P&L, costing, and statutory vs. consolidated management reporting

•Understanding of SAP analytical platform landscape (Enterprise HANA) and SAP development cycle process
