5-7 years relevant experience in the field Analytics/Data Science, designing & implementing statistical models            & reporting systems using automation tools.

Proficiency in Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Macros & coding on VBA, Statistical tools like: R,                    Development technologies like – SQL, Python; Visualization tools like – Tableau.

Positive attitude with qualities of a team player; capable of working in an international team environment

Ability to build client relations, actively communicate and get involved in discussions with client team

Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude, critical thinking and ability to deal with pressure are essential          for this position.

Skills

Proactively analyze data to answer key questions from stakeholders for what drives business performance, investigating and communicating areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity.

Business analysis skills and experience in modeling business processes, and has good documentation skills. S/he knows how to conduct workshops and training sessions and has good industry knowledge.

Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for large scale data analysis, Models – development, validation, and implementation.

Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.

Role

Work closely with project managers to understand their analytical needs, including identifying critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers.

Designing, developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions and communicating areas for improvement in process efficiency and productivity.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

Building Machine learning algorithms and apply deep learning techniques to deliver actionable insights and work extensively on artificial intelligence

Create and maintain interactive visualizations for requested projects through data interpretation and analysis integrating various reporting components from multiple data sources.

Managing/mentoring a team of 3-4 individuals.

Client Management / Stakeholder Management

Develop cordial and trust based relationship with client (EST hours) and own team, and fully own the service delivery of client requests.
