Key Responsibilities

      • Support the operational execution and the overall quality output required by RM data clients.
      • Work with Project, Development, and other departments to ensure the successful delivery of customer requested changes to the products and services.
      • Assist colleagues to manage the process for clarifying scope and details of requirements with clients.
      • Identify, document, and execute effective means to quality assure and validate data to support the clients.
      • Identify and mitigate technical risk associated with the project.
      • Develop and implement process solutions to improve operational efficiency.
      • Develop process workflow and design in compliance with regulatory requirements.
      • Identify risks and issues in business processes and systems internally and externally.
      • Prepare business process presentations and reports for management, customers, and other relevant stakeholders.
      • Responsible for maintaining and update all the process related reports and documents for reference and audit purposes.
      • Interact with the various teams in both UK & India to deliver activities on time.
      • Responsible for service levels of assigned operational tasks within the project.
      • Execute all activities required to deliver against increasing volume, especially during peak session periods.
      • Functional level capacity management based on shifting priorities across customers during live delivery.
      • Report volume analysis vs resource allocation vs criticality and escalate point of risk, especially during seasonal peaks.
      • Support new transition projects if any in parallel with BAU.

Minimum Qualification and Experience

    • Graduate with 3-5 Years of experience in Data Analysis & Operations.

Mandatory Skills

      • Ability to use SQL, or general-purpose tools to interrogate databases and calculate statistical outputs with ability to learn other analytic tools as required.
      • Strong mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyze data.
      • Good Understanding of statistics and meaning of basic descriptive statistics – average, mean, median, percentiles etc. and use tools like EXCEL for data set analysis.
      • Adept at queries, writing reports, and making presentation
      • Verbal and Written communication skills
      • Proven analytic skills, including data mining, evaluation, analysis, and visualization.
      • Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
      • Prioritization/work allocation/Negotiation/Problem-Solving skills.

Desired Skills

      • Proven experience in working with UK/on site peer level managers OR a geographically distributed team.

Competency Requirement

    • Flexibility – Should be ready to work in UK hours.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Should be a quick learner with an eye for detail.
    • Good planning, organizing & time management skills.
    • Should be a very good team player with good interpersonal skills.
    • Providing assistance and cover for other team members where required.
