In this role, your goals will be:
- Design, execute digital measurement strategies tailored to media accounts across digital advertising channels such as Display, Search, Email, Social and Mobile
- Analyze media channel performance, prepare regular performance reports and work with media planners to propose optimization solutions
- Assist in running various performance deep dives, e.g. creative performance, audience targeting, ad formats, ROI analysis etc.
- Assist in statistical modeling and analysis such as cluster analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and forecasting, etc.
- Retrieve raw research data compiled from 3rd party media tools and synthesize it into usable forms for media team usage
- Present findings to both internal and client teams with confidence and insightful analysis
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in quantitative marketing, economics, mathematics, statistics, finance or a science
- 3+ years of experience in a similar media or analytical role
- Solid knowledge in media channels performance measurement and optimization (i.e. Social, Search, Display)
- Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and tag management tools (e.g. Google tag manager) is preferred
- Keen ability to visualize data through graphing/ charting/ information display skills using tools like Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc.
- Advanced skills in MS excel and Proficiency in MS office
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or Tableau is a plus
- Strong analytic skills, preferably in the marketing field
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills are needed along with top-tier communication and listening skills
- You will not be ‘just an analyst’, you must be able to draw insight into actionable recommendations for clients. Your passion must be in using insight from data to drive business and marketing decisions.
