What you’ll be doing
– Interpreting large raw data sets
– Conducting data analysis and audits
– Developing and leading the execution of action plans to update Cisco databases with improved IB data
– Producing reports for customers, account teams and other stakeholders
What you’ll need
– Minimum 3 years’ account management with strong technical knowledge (hardware and software)
– High level of MS Excel mastery including pivot tables, Vlookups and formatting
– Ability to generate reports using MS Excel, Power BI and other dashboards
– Strong organisational, interpersonal, problem solving and decision making skills
– Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT industry
– Ability to work with Cisco tools and databases, interest in technology and willing to learn more about Cisco systems technologies
– Minimum 2 years’ experience in general Customer Relationship Management (CRM) environment
– Ability to work independently and in a cross functional team environment
– Demonstrable experience in virtual teaming and collaboration
– Process-oriented work style
– Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English
