Job Summary:-
UtilizeCore is hiring a Customer Request Executive / Business Analyst who can work with the project management team and provide great support on projects from customers.

The goal is to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention while exceeding their expectations.

What you will be doing
Interact with clients and understand the requirements of the project thoroughly
Take proper notes of requirement while speaking to clients
Communicating with project managers to discuss and get the requirements approved
Documenting requirements in order to forward it to the developers
Proper documentation using design tools
Coordinating with designers to get the proper UX/UI
Creating user stories for the developers using Jira
Attending daily meetings in order to collaborate with developers
Keeping track of all the requirements and providing updates to the client
Doing proper testing of the requirement after implementations
Demoing the client of the required enhancements / implementation
Facilitate to provide a solution where requirements becomes complex or not feasible
Responsible for explaining the client requirements to the development and testing teams
Should be aware and Responsible for maintaining project documentation
Responsible for functional testing and identifying bugs for all the tested components
Performing UAT
Responsible for project deliverables
Should understand project processes
Should have knowledge about Methodologies

Requirements
Proficiency in English and strong communication skills
Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
Good Knowledge of software, databases and tools
Excellent analytical skills
Advance system testing skills
Excellent problem-solving, logic, critical thinking and collaboration skills
Good knowledge of management methods and techniques
Ability to think strategically and to lead
Basic knowledge of designing tools
